evaluation process by the jury. The
ultimate purpose of the Assessment of
applicant is to verify applications,
identify key strengths and clarify
understanding of key vulnerabilities.
Assessment outcomes are shared with the
Jury assisting in their evaluation and
decisions but do not disqualify any
applicant.
Assessment methods include:

Site Visit Review:
Site Visit Review entail
Knowledgeable and Competent Award
Assessors professionally assess and
report applicant performance,
ultimately aim to verify applicant
submission and clarify key features,
and communicate findings to the Jury
panel to assist in their evaluation
and is not used to disqualify
applicant.

Public Voting:
Public Voting involve a simple but
secure public voting functionality
to obtain verified public votes on
the applicants, aimed towards
involving the society and help build
an interactive environment and
obtain constructive feedback from
relevant users.

eMystery shopper:
eMystery shopper is an
internet-oriented sightless shopping
service aimed to assess
applications, examining and
reporting on all aspects of
customer's interaction with the
eService by running tests in an
attempt to use and complete a
transaction/service, and report
experiences, including website
usability, search, social media, and
delivery system effectiveness.

eHealth Checks
Analyze and assess websites and
online services through regular
audits producing performance reports
analyzing parameters such as
Accessibility, availability, Search
Optimization and User Experience
etc.
Evaluation

Jury Panel:
Evaluation by a Jury Panel is the
ultimate concluding phase consisting
of an international and independent
Chairman who possesses broader ICT
knowledge and is member of
international institutions, as well
as independent members with high
expertise in the area of IT
solutions. The members will act
independently, and neutrally, and
will follow the award published
rules and instructions. Accordingly,
the decisions and choices made by
the Jury Panel will be final and not
be subject to change or amendment.
