Strategic Planning Division Is primarily concerned with strategic planning and the initiation of projects and initiatives as well as the management of the ITA Master Plan. It is also responsible for investments analysis, budgeting for projects, and the overall sourcing management for ITA.

| Governance & Advisory Division |
| Aims at ensuring that implementation and operation of initiatives, projects and IT systems are conducted according to unified and predefined standards and guidelines adopted internally in ITA and externally by other government organizations in Oman. Also, Perform necessary account management functions in ITA and coordinate relationship establishment between ITA and other organizations in Oman. |

| Digital Society Development Division |
| Aims at developing and promoting the Omani IT industry and is responsible for rolling out projects and initiatives aimed at community development and transforming the Omani society into a digital society. |

| Infrastructure & e-Services Division |
| Aims at developing and implementing the IT infrastructure, applications, online services, and facilities utilized by government organizations to deliver online services to the community. It is also responsible for designing and managing ITA IT infrastructure and is modelled on the technical architecture proposed in the strategy. |

| Information & Awareness Division |
| Aims at marketing and promoting the eOman initiative locally and globally through events, e-awareness campaign, and various forms of publications and media. It is responsible for managing public relations as well as international relations and cooperation. |

| Center of Information Security (CIS) |
| The Center of Information Security (CIS) defines Security standards, policies, and procedures for eOman. The office will develop continuous processes for security monitoring while acting as a trusted competency, knowledge and support centre. |

| Finance & Administration Division |
| Is responsible for managing all ITA administration, procurement and tendering, budgeting and finance, legal, and human resources development and administration. |
