The Award aims to honor Government and Private entities utilizing information technology to increase productivity and performance and improve national government effectiveness in meeting the citizens needs and have exhibited exceptional achievements, demonstrating leadership and innovation in their use of IT, in terms of saving time and money in procedures by improving or eliminating ineffective and futile practices and procedures, and / or improve access to quality of services, communication and information within the institutions.
