The program also aimed at directing learning toward specific and current evolving leadership needs and concerns. The program covered a range of topics, including leadership concept and how it differs from management, types of future leaders needed in our region, leaders’ behaviors in our local environment, the potential challenges leaders may face and ways to address them.
It is worth mentioning that Storybased Leadership Program was presented by Hala Al Turki, a partner of Altaaat Leadership Development Institute, and she is one of the senior leaders’ development trainers and worked with many leading institutions in different countries in the region. In addition to her teaching and consulting roles, she wrote several books and trained a number of prominent leader executives in the region.
