Candidates:
- Omanis: undergraduates enrolled in local higher education institute
- Residents: undergraduates enrolled in local higher education institute
- Job seekers with IT specialization

- IT enthusiasts
The ITA is also seeking to have some mentors to support in coaching and mentoring the participants. People interested to join should be:
- Working for a higher education institute in Oman or employee in ICT field.
- With a minimum qualification of Bachelor degree.
