As part of its commitment to protecting the rights of seafarers and ensuring a safe and fair working environment on board ships, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology represented by the General Directorate of Maritime Affairs provides a channel to submit complaints related to working conditions or any violations of rights guaranteed by national laws and relevant international conventions.
