About the Consultation

This consultation aims to enhance community participation in improving the digital services provided by the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology. It seeks to understand users' preferences in utilizing various channels, such as the website, mobile application, Sanad offices, or any other preferred channels, to ensure a smooth and convenient experience that meets everyone's needs.

 

Objective of the Consultation:

  • Assess the level of user satisfaction with the current service delivery channels.
  • Identify the most utilized and effective channels from the community's perspective.
  • Collect suggestions to develop and improve digital services in line with users' needs and expectations.
  • Making the decision to apply users' preferences in improving and developing service channels based on the results gathered from the consultation.

 

Outcomes:

Based on community engagement, the ministry was able to identify the category most likely to use the platform through the mobile application, which the ministry will be working on, and the application is expected to launch in the third quarter of this year.
